Tomato Caprese

WHAT YOU NEED:
Fresh Mozzarella
Tomatoes (Roma, Cherry, Heirloom)
Fresh basil leaves, sliced
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar 
Sea salt & black pepper

I first sliced my cherry tomatoes in half. They were tossed in a bowl along with fresh mozzarella and basil. I mixed the ingredients together and added a couple tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. I topped it off with salt and pepper and refrigerated it for 30 minutes before eating the entire bowl.
