I have a wonderful loving Mom. She tucked me in bed each night, and woke me up each morning with a smile and a kiss. She was happy, jolly even. Always prepared for the chaos that my siblings and I were about to offer. She cooked three meals a day for our family, worked a full time job, and still managed to smile. I’m amazed by her. I thought every Mom was like her, but as I’ve aged, I realize how lucky I am to have her. How lucky this world is to have her. She’s a role model for me, to be the most excellent mother and wife that I can be. As an adult, I’ve found more appreciation and admiration for her. I call her for advice almost daily, and look to her to help me walk through this journey of motherhood. I would be lost without her and the world is brighter because of her.
